Les Nouveaux Boss!
Discover « Les Nouveaux Boss« , the new pan-African show from TV5MONDE that propels innovative entrepreneurs from across the continent into the spotlight. More than 1,000 applications were received from countries such as Morocco, Côte d’Ivoire, Benin and the DRC, with only 16 finalists selected for an intense challenge at « La Station« .
FORMAT AND MENTORS.
The contestants live together for eight weeks, taking on workshops, masterclasses and real-world challenges under the guidance of prestigious mentors: Yassine Laghzioui (Morocco), A’Salfo, Nicole Sulu and Claude Borna. The season culminates in a pitch before a jury of investors such as Elisabeth Moreno and Hasnae Taleb.
WHERE AND WHEN TO WATCH?
The episodes air every Friday at 9:00 p.m. on TV5MONDE Maghreb-Orient from 5 December 2025 to 23 January 2026, and are available free of charge to stream on TV5MONDE+. Episode 5 marks the arrival of the 16 contestants at La Station, with eliminations already under way.
